Expense Voucher

The link below is the form needed to request any funds from the church.  It may be filled out online or it may be printed, filled out, and submitted to Grand Central on Sunday AM.  All check requests must have an invoice, receipt, or bill. You may email a copy of the receipts, turn them into Grand Central with a note clearly explaining them, or turn in the documentation when you pick up your check from the office.  EXPENSE VOUCHER FORM
